Key Responsibilities:

• Review, challenge and support the business objectives whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as Ofqual and Qualifications Wales
• Provide support to the Operations Team in the interpretation and meeting of regulatory requirements 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the responsible allocation of resources in meeting regulatory and organisational requirements 
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation setting overall policy, defining goals, setting targets, and evaluating performance against agreed targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Continual review of policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory duties
• Production of improvement strategies and workflow planning
• Ongoing compliance advice and guidance
• Regulatory audit support
• Support in the production of the annual Statement of Compliance (Ofqual/QW) and Annual Self-Assessment Return (SQAA)
• Planning and carrying out standardisation activities with the wider QA team

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of End Point Assessment for Level 4 Policy Officer
• Completion of reporting procedures in a timely manner
• Use of online systems for the processing of information in line with company procedures and policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting centre approval visits for new centres, both face-to-face and remote
• Carrying out quality and systems checks
• Completing and submitting accurate, professional and concise moderation and quality reports according to agreed timescales
• External moderation of candidate portfolios
